Eheheh get it because he's afraid of fire and okay anyway
The first thing I will say is WAGGY IS VERY SLOW. Seriously, ask practically anyone - Tempy, Lynn, Reid, they all know!
However...I missed Joseph. A lot. So yeah, I would love threads with him. Just be aware that sometimes I take forever to respond and I apologize in advance for that.
Anyway
Joseph, as you can tell, is an Olympian. Third-in-command, as a matter of fact, and extremely dedicated to his job.
I think some level of plotting all depends on the timeline. Though I'm not positive, I believe Joseph killed the Mayor of New York in this plot, about the same time the hospital was bombed. Though the job was successful, he ended up arrested and detained for a few days before managing to break out with a little inside help. After that, the guy's face is everywhere.
SO unless someone lives under a rock and doesn't ever go out on the streets or watch the news or anything, they will likely know his face. Or at least have seen his face. Most of the posters are down by now, but even so, he is high on the FBI's Most Wanted list and they actually have a mugshot. Just keep that in mind.
If something is set before the whole Bloomberg incident, Joseph is pretty much unknown. He worked at a hardware store part time stocking shelves and went to the shooting range pretty often. No one knew he was a terrorist except for the other terrorists, so...yeah.
This is a terrible plot page I'm so sorry
but PLOTTING! Joseph is generally a nice guy. He's charming and polite and not someone you'd immediately peg as a wanted felon. He's also very paranoid, especially around people he knows are cops. That gets especially interesting when he finds out his little brother is working for the Counter Terror Unit. Awkward family reunions for the win.
Anything romantic is pretty much out of the question. Tried it once, and it was just...eh, too out of character for my liking. Considering it was his wife's murder that drove him to attacking the government in the first place...it's just not gonna happen.
This really is a terrible plot page. So um...yeah. I'm open for ideas!
