Gabriellla's Mother is American and her Father is a native of India. Like her Father, she has beautiful caramel colored Indian skin, and dark, dark brown eyes. She is 5'6" tall and weighs around 130 pounds. She has a shapely build, and tries to be careful with what she eats.
She has high cheek bones and a long nose, which she isn't too fond of. She has a young face and is overall, a pretty woman. When not in her waitress uniform, she dresses casually, usually a dressy shirt with a pair of jeans. She's not a stilettos type of girl, and she rarely wears dresses or skirts.

Gabriella has two very different sides. One side is for the public and those "close" to her. To the world, Gabriella is a very fun person. She's outgoing, witty, charming, sociable, all those things everyone loves in other people. She's always laughing, smiling, cracking jokes, and making people see the positive sides of life. She's not one to dwell on the negative, and she is always cheery. But there is another side to her, one most would never believe she would able to possess.
The secret side of Gabriella is a dark one. She harbours an extreme amount of hatred for her family, and of those who hurt other people, especially children. With her dark past, her only outlet is fantasizing of killing others, and she's actually killed two people, of them being her own Father. She is overly confident and feels that she will continue to get away with the murderers, not realizing that she just got really lucky with not being caught, and not taking into account that one day, just one day, those two murders may be solved.

Gabriella Sarai Adani was born on March 18, 1984 in Modesto, California to Ana Warren and Rajpal Adani. Her parents were never married and dated in secret due to their religious and ethnic differences. Ana's parents were natives of California, while Rajpal's were immigrants from India. They were only 16 when Ana found out she was pregnant, and the two argued over how to tell their families. In the end, their relationship ended bitterly, but the two remained in contact for a few years.
When Gabriella was born, Rajpal was still in the picture, but only because his parents made it clear that it was what they wanted. Being afraid of them, he stuck around and took care of his daughter. Gabby lived with her Ana and her parents until she was 2, then they moved in an apartment alone on the other side of Modesto. When Gabby was 6, Rajpal's family moved back to India and he remained, but moved across the country to Massachusetts and apparently fell off the face of the planet. Once the move was complete, he never called, and Ana and Gabby had no way to get in touch with him. This destroyed something inside of Gabby, and ever since, something in her changed.
Fast forward ten years. Sixteen year old Gabby was now living in a house with Ana, still in Modesto. The two argued, really intense, sometimes violent arguments. Throughout her childhood, Ana had resorted to hitting her daughter, and almost hating her. The fact that Gabriella looked exactly like her father made her sick. She had loved that man, and he had hurt her, and so she took it out on her daughter.
When she was a child, Gabriella had created imaginary friends and fantasy worlds to escape the wrath of her Mother, but as a teenager, those things no longer worked, and she started cutting herself. When that wasn't enough, she often fantasized of killing Ana, and Rajpal, and anyone who hurt children. She had felt so empty and the despair had nearly brought her to take her own life many times.
When she was eighteen, right after she graduated high school, Gabriella packed two small bags and headed to New York. She wasn't sure what she wanted to find there, but she knew it had to be better than where she had lived all her life. She moved to Brooklyn, lived in a shitty apartment, got a job at a shitty diner, but it paid the bills. Over the years, she's moved from apartment to apartment, went from diner to restaurant, back to diner, but she is basically in the same living situation.
Something changed once she moved to Brooklyn. She was no longer depressed. During her second week in Brooklyn, she overheard a man yelling at his small daughter, then beating her. She couldn't stop it and she knew that. The man was twice her size, but she knew she had to make him pay for what he had done to that little girl. She discreetly followed the two home, and that night, she broke into their little house and with a knife she found in the kitchen, she slit that man's throat while he slept. The only other person in the house was the little girl and she was slept through the whole thing, just two rooms away. Once he was dead, she stabbed him over and over again and afterward, though she was completely and utterly exhausted, she felt happy and relived. For whatever reason, it never occurred to her that that little girl had to find her daddy in the condition Gabby had left him. In her sick mind, she had done the little girl a favor.
Somehow, the crime was never solved. Today it remains a cold case, and no one ever suspected her. Why would they? She was the perky little Indian waitress at a diner in Brooklyn, and the crime occurred in the Bronx. She left nothing behind. The bloody clothes she'd worn home, were simply washed, dried, and placed into a suitcase she kept hidden in her apartment. Sometimes, when feeling especially down, she'd take out the suitcase and reminisce.
Six years later, at age 24, Gabby made a special little visit to Boston, Massachusetts after looking up her Father. These days, it was hard to hide with the massive amounts of information on the internet. He was living in a nice, big, extravagant house with his wife and three children. She broke in while they were sleeping, slit her Father's throat first, then his wife's, then stabbed her Father at least 8 times before bolting from the house. She had taken a change of clothes in a backpack, and had taken a friend's car. Once again, the murder was not solved, and Gabby had a new found confidence that she would always be able to get away with murder.
Today she is almost 29 years old, and secretly plans and researches ways to kill others. She is secretly an 'aspiring serial killer' and her mother is on her list. It's funny because, the people that know her would never believe she would be capable of this. They view her as an extremely fun, happy going, sympathetic lady who loves people and life.

Pushing through the tiny door of the diner brought a frown to her lips. The place was packed, something she had hoped to avoid. A light sigh exited her lips as she thought of simply turning around and leaving, maybe pick up some take out and go pig out in front of the TV, but something kept her there. She shouldn't have to alter her plans just because the place was crowded, why did things of this nature suddenly bother her? She felt tormented by the changes occurring in her life and she was trying her best to stop them as she recognized the new ones. She plastered on a smile and pushed her way through the crowd of people waiting to pay, and she spotted a tiny booth in the back. It was surrounded by bodies but it would suffice. She slipped inside and sunk down into the small red cushioned bench. It was nice to have something of her old life back, even if meant something as simple as forcing herself to eat inside a crowded diner. She lifted the menu from the silvery wire holder and flipped it open, and peered down at the contents. So many choices... and she just couldn't decide. She flipped the menu closed and replaced it in its holder and tilted her head to stare out the window. So many happy people passed by the windows and it made her homesick but not for Wichita, it was somewhere else though she couldn't quite put a finger on it.
Ellie was jolted from her thoughts of where the homesickness was coming from, and where said home would be as the waitress cleared her throat. If the woman had said hello or anything else, she'd missed it. She gave her a nervous smile and ordered a cup of black coffee and a grilled cheese. It was the only thing she felt she could stomach. She watched the woman jot her order down on a pad of paper and then scurry back to the front of the diner. With another sigh, she lowered her gaze to the table and locked her fingers together. She had to do something about these changes, she wanted her life back. She thought of Trey and the command he had given her, the one to burn down a building. She shook her head at the thought, there was no way in hell she would do that.. ever. She would not kill anyone.
It had seemed only a second since the waitress had left but she had returned, with both her coffee and grilled cheese and had set the platter and cup in front of her. She stared down at the food and into the cup of steaming liquid and then lifted her eyes to the woman. "Thank you," she said softly and waited for her to scurry away just as before. She then returned her gaze to the window, peering out at the busy streets of New Orleans. Where had that homesickness been coming from? Where was this home? What was she missing? She had everything she could have wanted here in New Orleans, minus the demons. She had Maddie, her sister, and her friends, everything. What the hell could she possibly be missing?
